Good therapy doesn’t give you all the answers it helps your body feels safe enough to find them on your own.

“The experience has been more than great and I recommend Therapy for Cycle Breakers to anyone that shows interest. I have been in therapy in the past and had a bad experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth. I researched for weeks to find a place that matched my core values and what I needed in my healing journey. Naturally, I was apprehensive at first but now that I’ve been seeing someone I trust and feel safe with it makes all the difference in the world.”

 FAQs

  • I do not take insurance but can provide you a superbill to invoice your insurance

The reason many therapists do not take more insurances is that insurance companies have their own rules and regulations when it comes to mental health coverage. Such as they limit the number of sessions you can have, require specific diagnoses to be made which doesn’t always seem appropriate and/or they dictate the type of therapy that can be used. It’s important for the values of Therapy for Cycle Breakers to treat all clients as individuals and not under the control of insurance companies.
